A page is created by going to Page, Add New. The content on a page you create will not change unless you manually edit the page, unlike your Blog page, which is a special built-in page that automatically updates itself every time you create a new post.

Another difference between pages and posts is that pages can be listed in navigation menus. Use pages for content that is not time-sensitive and that you want to be available to your readers for ongoing reference.
